About Candee Villanueva
An incredibly lively and tenacious woman, Candee Villanueva has set sail in her real estate career with the wind of motivation for success being the sight of her clients happy and satisfied with their real estate choices. Whether it’s their first home, finding that perfect piece of land to build their dream home on or the perfect place to open their business, Candee loves seeing others succeed, and real estate gives her that unique opportunity to be part of that. Inspired by her husbands victorious profession as a REALTOR® and the fulfillment it has brought to him, his clients and all of their families lives, she knew following his lead was the heart felt direction life was bringing her.
Married to Toby Villanueva, PAR 2020 Salesperson of the Year, for over 21 years, and a proud mother of two amazing young men, Kyle and Ethan. Coming from a large family, Candee is proud of the fact that she is the only one of her siblings that is a true Colorado Native. She was born here but raised with her family in Ohio, returning to Pueblo in 1995, settling with her husband and starting their family. A lover of being active and the outdoors, Candee enjoys CrossFit, hiking, hunting, skiing and especially scuba diving! Candee is a PADI Certified Rescue Diver and is also a certified Emergency First Responder. Candee has had the pleasure of diving with sharks in the Caribbean and other countries that she and her family have travelled too. Her youngest son Ethan is her scuba buddy, having his SSI Jr. Open Water Certification. As a family, they love traveling, cooking together and being active members of our community through sports, volunteering and contributing to non-profits and supporting local events.
Candee is Alumni of the University of Findlay and has an extensive background working in various positions for SunWest Credit Union, Dept of Homeland Security, Dept of Corrections and HydroChem PSC. If you ask her, she will proudly say of all her positions and careers, her best and most fulfilling is being a Domestic Engineer (aka mother and wife). As her sons have grown more independent, embarking on a career in real estate inspired by the happiness, success and dedication her husbands example has set, seemed a natural fit for her ever-evolving life! The excitement of helping first time home buyers find the home they want to grow old in and being the knowledgable resource for her clients as they build their investment portfolios, is exactly the wave that Candee is riding!
