About Megan Moffitt

Megan Moffitt became a REALTOR® in 2017 knowing she would be able to change people’s lives by helping them achieve their real estate dreams. A highly educated woman, Megan holds degrees in Mass Communications (Public Relations) and Sociology (Criminal Justice) from the University of Southern Colorado. Megan has had an incredibly successful career path working in many different capacities with state and county governments as well as local non-profits. Megan wanted to grow her experience by diving into real estate, knowing that empowering people with home ownership opportunities would bring her great fulfillment.

A Colorado Native, her family moved to Pueblo from Creede, CO in 1987.They fell in love with the city. One of her favorite aspects of selling real estate is being able to share all of the wonderful amenities that Pueblo and Pueblo West has to offer. Whether it’s the local farms, Lake Pueblo, our local eateries, coffee shops, art galleries, antique stores, or simply sharing the history of our great city, Megan loves giving “tours” to her clients. Megan and her family are highly involved in our community. Her mother taught many of our local nurses over the years as a Professor of Nursing at CSU-Pueblo and her father retired as a Captain from the Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office. Megan has a wonderfully artistic daughter and a son who proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. She is proud to be a grandmother of two sweet boys.  Married to fellow agent, Joel Moffitt, they truly enjoy everything Pueblo has to offer including being proud “Billets” (hosts) for The Pueblo Bulls Hockey Club. As a family, they love kayaking at the reservoir, playing golf, hiking, riding bikes and supporting local events. Megan is a certified yoga instructor, who loves to inspire others to live happy and healthy lives. Service to others is simply in Megan’s nature, so you will often find her volunteering for local non-profits. She volunteered as a mentor to middle school students through the United Way and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rosemount Museum.

Having found her calling in real estate and holding a true love for people, Megan brings her great experience and knowledge to the table for her clients. She has a true understanding of how life changing investing in real estate can be. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Megan has the wherewithal to help elevate your real estate dreams.
